Common purchase queries answered

Orders and Shipping

We ship once a week (typically on Tuesday). Depending on where the package is sent, you should have the item within seven working days. If you the shipping address is outside the EU than it can take up to 14 working days.

When you make a purchase you will have the opportunity to create an account on the check-out screen.

You can change your shipping address on the My Account page. If you have submitted an order and we have already shipped it please send an email to shop[AT] and we’ll work out a solution.

When we ship you package, we will send you a tracking number. This can be used to track your package

That is up to you; when purchase an item you can choose to keep the payment method on file. If it is a credit card, you can decide to keep it on file.

As per local laws, yes we charge sales tax. That said, all the prices are inclusive the sales tax.

We ship within the EU and continental Europe. If you live outside of the EU send us an email and we’ll let you know if it’s possible to ship to your country.

To save packing material, and the support the planet, we will ship your items in one package if possible.

Returns and Exchanges

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If after opening you package and you discovered you’ve received the wrong item contact us via email or the contact page and we’ll work it out.

If you received an item that was damaged, take a photo of said item and write us (include the photo of damaged item) letting us know what was damaged.

Contact us using the step above and we will send you the address to return the item.

If the item hasn’t shipped, send us a message ASAP so we can route the package to the correct address. If the item has shipped, contact us and we’ll work out a solution.

If you’ve submitted an order and would like to cancel, please do so within 3 days. If the order has been shipped and you would like to cancel you will have to ask for a refund after you have received the item.

The shore answer is no unless there is a new pre-order has been communicated on the website.
